For the fourth year running, and thanks to funding from Derry City and Strabane District Council and Community Foundation Northern Ireland, Allegri managed a festival for local singers and musicians. The organising team worked hard to engage local communities and offered dynamic music experiences to groups and singers in the region with the ethos that “every voice matters”.

Over the years we've had an impressive lineup of world renowned choral music practitioners and pedagogues hosting workshops with content tailored specifically for local amateur singers and choir leaders.

Community singers took part in our gala concerts and workshops.  We also brought together 160 singers representing 29 choirs for a series of online workshops as part of our inter-generational virtual choir project - Every Voice Cloud Choir.
